people are just mad that their level 700 character is getting one shot because they either don't pay attention to what the game is telling them or they aren't patient enough to develop consistency towards a boss This is also for all the new souls players who are struggling with these boss fights, focus on scadutree fragments and celebrate every attack you dodge and hit you land, celebrate the small victories because those small victories will develop your consistency to a point where you will eventually overcome the boss fight.

As a PC gamer, I do think twice about the exclusives on different store platforms such as Epic, Ubisoft, Battlenet and Steam. I can't own all my games in one place, nor can I have a unified achievement list because of the fragmentation on PC. That sort of thing is foreign to console users. Not that achievements mean anything on PC since they can all be hacked for.

I was talking to a co worker about Elden Ring and he said that he modded the game because it was too hard. He told me he uses a mod that adds balancing to the game. Something about being one shotted by regular enemies. I told him but isn't the game designed to be that way? He said I can still not like it. He missed the whole point of my comment.

I love to beat hard games and select harder difficulties even on first playthroughs,i love older games because of that,and i can understand some people just enjoy easier difficulties and all that but criticize so hard this dlc because of that is kinda sad. Some younger people are so use to have everything easy that they don't even try to know how rewarding and great is to achieve something that requires some effort,AND OK,some older gamers too ...fine 😅,go play some easy game but don't try to convince others that hard means bad,that ET comparison was embarrassing 🤣...if u can't "enjoy" that difficulty just admit it,maybe u are lazy,or don't want to struggle,or i can even understand is just not fun for everyone but don't trash people that like this kind of "pain",because some of us just love it,there is a bazillion games,again,go play other one and don't be ashamed. My 1st playthrough I suffered the most from Mogh, my fundamentals were bad to so I had to study the fight hard. Now I started a fresh new playthrough without summons or farm cheese strats etc. Just so I can re-learn the game proper and honestly it's a blast I'm going in blind on the DLC don't care. PS: In Dictionary: Achievement is something done successfully by effort and willpower...That's it, That's all. 60 Vigor and a Shield and it can't be that bad. Idk. Haven't tried it yet. I remember playing the base game when it came out and dropping it because I had to claw through all the field bosses to progress, but the only real problem I had was a vigor check and shitty weapons.

It's too hard. I need to level up to beat even the smallest boss. Come on, guys how do you expect me to invest time in a game? It's 2024, games should be straightforward, boring, have an easy mode and include a section to do my taxes while I'm on it.

I summon spirits in boss fights. Boss fights are still OP. But I endured it all to win with the tools I'm given so I can NG+ with better understanding and try without spirits. Mesmer can eat my ass but I finally beat him. Rellanas up there on salty list but I got her. As someone that's hated the thought of even touching souls games I can happily say this is the most enjoyable souls game I've played and I'll beat the dlc.
